Registration and Contract Renewal for Permanent Campers

Dear customers,

We are pleased that you are interested in a stay as residents at our campsite or wish to renew your existing contract. To optimally prepare your contract and reserve your plot along with the desired additional services, we need some important information from you.

Please fill out the following form carefully and completely. Your data will help us make your stay with us as pleasant as possible and take all your wishes into account.

We ask you to send us this data no later than the deadline indicated in the email. This way we can ensure smooth processing of your request.

Please note: The data you provide and the contract based on it form the basis for special rates for permanent campers. If we do not receive the completed form by the indicated deadline, we will assume that no additional stay is desired. In this case, the plot would be vacated at the end of the contract, returned to its initial state, and made available for new assignment.

In case of renewal, the listed persons must be identical to those on the previous contract. Only identification, address, or other contact details may differ. In case of discrepancies in contract holders, please discuss it with management beforehand.

Agreements and Payment Options

I understand and accept that elements that create an impression of permanence are not allowed on the plot, as established in Decree 10/2021.

According to the "Decree 10/2021, of January 22, of the Consell, approving the Regulatory Regulation of tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community":

"In camping establishments, the installation of elements on the plots by clients that do not correspond to those of temporary, proper and habitual use of the stay in campsites or elements that harm the tourist image of the establishment is expressly prohibited. Specifically, floors, fences, sinks, appliances or any other element that, due to its fixation, conveys an image of permanence in it may not be installed on the plots, constituting their installation by the client sufficient cause for the termination of the contract, whatever its modality, without the right to any compensation. Said cause of termination will appear in the internal regulations of the establishment, and may be exercised after warning the user and in the face of their refusal to remove what has been installed."
