Brigida Rausch Schumann, by its trade name, Camping Benisol, with NIF 29021414Z, and address at Av. de la Comunidad Valenciana s/n, in accordance with the provisions of article 29.2 of Law 7/2023, of 28 March, on the protection of the rights and welfare of animals, approves the following ADMISSION RULES FOR PETS in the Camping Benisol establishment, in accordance with the following.
CONDITIONS
Camping Benisol declares itself to be a “pet-friendly” establishment, allowing both the presence and accommodation with prior confirmation of pets in its facilities, for which the owner of the same must comply with the regime detailed in the following articles.
1 .- Admission of pets
- Pets that are allowed in the hotel establishment are limited to the following classes:
- Dogs whose dimensions do not exceed 45 Kgs.
- The access and stay of potentially dangerous animals according to rules and regulations, animals showing obvious signs of danger to people, other animals and things, disease or lack of hygiene, as well as animals in heat are forbidden.
- Guests wishing to stay with their pets must check availability and specify it in the booking and/or inform the hotel establishment.
- Only three pets are allowed per booking and per pitch that has been previously confirmed by the establishment.
- At the time of formalising the reservation or registration, Camping Benisol will require the presentation of a valid civil liability insurance policy for damages to third parties, which includes in its coverage the persons responsible for the animal.
- Accommodation for pets is subject to a supplement per pet per day according to the approved rates published on the website (booking.campingbenisol.com).
- The pet must have the obligatory vaccinations and comply with all the regulatory requirements for its possession (identification microchip, certificate of ownership), for which Camping Benisol reserves the right to request the exhibition at any time during the pet’s stay of any documentation that may be necessary to accredit such circumstances.
- Owners of pets staying or accommodated at Camping Benisol must comply with the provisions of Law 7/2023, of 28 March, on the protection of the rights and welfare of animals, with regard to the obligations and prohibitions imposed by the aforementioned law, or any regulations that may replace it.
2.- Conditions for the Stay and Stay of Pets
The presence and stay of pets at Camping Benisol is subject to the following rules:
2.1. Common areas and spaces
- Pets must remain in the common areas and spaces together with their owners, complying with the safety rules that are required of them, so that they do not endanger the integrity of other customers, establishment staff or their own. In particular, cats and ferrets must remain in their carriers in these areas. Dogs may be kept in a carrier or with a collar and leash that complies with regulatory requirements, as well as a muzzle, where appropriate.
- It is forbidden to feed pets in the common areas and spaces outside the places specifically designated for this purpose. The client must have the necessary equipment designed for this purpose.
- Pet owners are obliged to pick up any faeces and urine that may be produced in these areas, for which they may be assisted by the establishment’s staff.
- Pets are not allowed in the following common areas and spaces: Bungalows, Children’s Garden, Sanitary Blocks (Showers and Toilets), Indoor Swimming Pool and Outdoor Swimming Pool.
2.2. Hygienic and sanitary sensitive areas
- In compliance with the provisions of Article 14 of Royal Decree 1021/2022 of 13 December, which regulates certain hygiene requirements for the production and marketing of foodstuffs in retail establishments:
- The presence of pet animals is prohibited in areas of the establishment where food is prepared, handled, displayed or stored.
- Pets are allowed in the restaurant, terrace, bar and outside the bar (areas where only food is served) provided that:
- Owners or persons responsible for the animals are informed of the access requirements and the animals are kept on a leash, in a carrier or controlled by other means.
- The animals show appropriate behaviour and hygiene, with no obvious signs of disease such as diarrhoea, vomiting, presence of external parasites, abnormal secretions or open wounds.
- Animals shall be prevented from coming into contact with the equipment and utensils of the premises, with the staff of the establishment, as well as with table and bar surfaces and, in case of contact, the affected areas shall be cleaned and disinfected with appropriate materials.
- They are fed or watered using, in any case, utensils specifically designed for feeding animals.
- Cleaning utensils are provided by the establishment for exclusive use in case of urination, defecation or vomiting by animals.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool, spa, gym and children’s play areas.
2.3. Accommodation in pitches/cottages
- Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation unit (pitch or hut). They must always be accompanied by their owners.
- Pet owners shall ensure that pets do not cause noise nuisance that may impede the rest of the customers’ rest.
- Owners of pets must prevent them from climbing on beds, armchairs and other cabin furniture.
- Pet owners shall refrain from using baths, showers, sinks and other toilets for bathing their pets.
3.- Stay, Access and Stay of Assistance Dogs
3.1. Access to and keeping of assistance dogs shall be permitted for
belonging to the Armed Forces and State Security Forces and Corps on duty, in accordance with their specific legislation, as well as the access, stay and accommodation of assistance dogs for people with disabilities who need it.
3.2. Access, stay and accommodation of assistance dogs for persons with disabilities
- The identity document, the bonding unit card and the official health documentation of the assistance dog must be carried and displayed.
- The identification mark of the assistance dog and the microchip required by animal protection/health regulations must be kept in a visible place on the dog’s collar or harness.
- He shall keep the assistance dog by his side with appropriate restraint and security measures in accordance with his breed.
- Assistance dogs are not allowed in food handling areas and areas to which only hotel staff have access; swimming pool water.
3.3. Access to assistance dogs for persons with disabilities may be denied in the following circumstances:
- In case of imminent serious danger to the user, to a third person or to the assistance dog itself.
- When the animal shows signs of disease, expressed alternately or cumulatively in the form of signs of fever, abnormal alopecia, diarrhoeic stools, abnormal secretions, signs of skin parasitosis, wounds which by their size or appearance present a presumed risk to humans, or evidence of lack of grooming or care
4.- Early Termination of Stay and Liability
- Failure to comply with the present Pet Admission Regulations, as well as the signs indicating the same, may result in the termination of the stay and accommodation of pets, without the hotel establishment being obliged to reimburse any amount to the client.
- In the event of refusal to vacate the establishment, the owner may request the assistance of the police.
- In the event of non-compliance with the obligations and prohibitions set out in the sectoral regulations as owners and/or persons responsible for the pets housed, the establishment reserves the right to report the situation to the competent administrative authorities.
- The owners of pets that are or stay at Camping Benisolsols will be responsible for the damage, harm and nuisance that they cause to people, other animals and property that they cause.
- Camping Benisolse reserves the right of recourse against the owner of the pet for the amounts that he/she has had to pay to compensate for damages caused to third parties during their stay at the establishment.
