1. General
Campsite customers must comply at all times with the provisions of Decree 10/2021, of January 22, of the Consell, approving the Regulation regulating tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community (or regulations that in the future could replace it) and any other legislation that is applicable. They will also be obliged to comply with the provisions of the Rules of Internal / Interior Regime of Camping Benisol de Benidorm, as well as with any provision or internal guideline established by the Camping Management.
Fees are non-refundable, unless expressly provided otherwise.
The entry of minors not accompanied by their parents or guardians or adults who are expressly responsible for minors is not allowed.
The contracted stay cannot exceed one year in any case, distinguishing between the short stay (less than 30 days) and the long stay (30 days or more).
The hiring of the long stay entails the signing of a specific contract with the campsite on arrival at it. For any questions, please contact the campsite.
In case of stays that exceed 180 days, the client must have a gas supply contract by authorized official company (and pass the corresponding revisions), and third-party insurance issued for the caravan. Check with the Campsite the type of insurance and conditions / requirements that must be met.
In any case, the client must pay the total amount of the contracted stay on the day of arrival, prior to the enjoyment of the stay.
No amount will be refunded, even if the customer leaves before the scheduled day of departure.
The client must pay the entire contracted stay, even if he leaves before the scheduled day of departure.
Upon arrival at the campsite, customers must check in at the reception of the same, signing the documentation required by the company, proving their identity with a valid official document.
On the day of departure the client must leave the campsite with all their belongings, leaving the plot / accommodation in the same conditions as it was at the time of its occupation.
If the Client does not arrive at the Campsite on the scheduled day of entry, the reservation will be canceled, charging the Campsite in full the amount advanced by the Client, without the latter being able to demand any refund.
Reservations contracted through the website www.campingbenisol.com have no additional charge for the Customer, but if the Customer makes the reservation by telephone, social networks, WhatsApp, email, at reception or by any other method other than by the booking engine of the website, an extra charge of € 5 will be applied.
The ACSI rate can only be booked by phone or email. It is not possible to book through the website. Check conditions.

2. Conditions for booking pitches.
Check-in will be from 2:00 p.m. and Check-out before 12:00 p.m.
The delay in departure will imply the payment by the client of one day more than the current daily rate plus a penalty of € 50 for each day that is blocking the plot, without this implying any extension of the stay.
Consult with Reception the possibility of modifying these schedules. Such modification will only be carried out at the express request of the client and prior authorization of the Camping, which has no obligation to provide this service.
The late check-out will imply the prior payment by the client of an additional fee (supplement).
If there is availability and the Campsite accepts the departure later, this will be, in any case, until 6:00 p.m., and the client must pay 50% of the current daily rate. In case of a delay in departure, the client must pay one more day of the current daily rate plus a penalty of € 50 for each day that is blocking the plot, without this implying any extension of the stay.
The delay in the departure time is a breach of the client that harms the operation of the establishment.
The rate of the plot includes: 2 people, a caravan / tent and a car (which must be parked within the contracted plot itself), or 2 people and a motorhome (without a car). For each extra person an additional fee per person per day must be paid.
The maximum occupancy capacity of the plots is 6 people, including visits. This limit cannot be exceeded in any case.
The campsite has pitches of different sizes, ranging between 60 and 100 m2 approximately. Each plot has water, drainage and an electricity outlet.
Electricity is not included in the rate, so the client who wishes to have electricity supply on the plot must pay, prior to the start of the stay, a deposit of a minimum of € 3 for each day of stay contracted. These 3€/day are equivalent to 6kw/day of electricity supply balance.
Once the deposit paid by the Customer has been consumed, the meter cuts off the electricity supply automatically, so that if the Customer wants to ensure that he has enough electricity throughout his stay, he can deposit a higher amount per day, since € 3 / day is a minimum amount.
At the end of the stay (day of departure / check-out), the amount deposited in payment of the electricity supply that the Client has not consumed will be returned by the same method of payment in which the deposit was made. Please note that, in case of payment by card, the bank may take up to approximately 7 business days after check-out to make the return. However, in case of non-payment of any other service, supply and / or supplement contracted or enjoyed by the Client, the amount deposited for electricity supply not consumed will not be returned to the Client, serving as payment to settle the outstanding debt in the amount it reaches, remaining the Client as debtor for what remains.
The Customer is responsible for checking his own electricity consumption throughout his stay, as many times as he deems necessary, to ensure that the meter does not cut off the electricity supply due to lack of sufficient deposit.
The Customer can check their electricity consumption by entering the app.campingbenisol.com page after registering (login) with the same email used to book the stay at the Campsite.
The customer must have a moisture hose cable (10A.) and a plug with ground.
The consumption may not exceed in any case the maximum power granted.
The maximum amperage of the plots is 10 A.
The admission of animals in the pitches is optional for the Campsite and entails the payment of an additional fee.
Customers who wish to access with their pet should consult with the Campsite.
In any case, the admission of pets requires the express and prior consent of the Campsite and the payment by the client of the corresponding additional fee (supplement).

Customers who wish to access with their pet should consult with the Campsite.
In any case, the admission of pets requires the express and prior consent of the Campsite and the payment by the client of the corresponding additional fee (supplement).
3. Conditions of reservation of accommodations.
The Entrance will be from 17.00 hours and the Departure before 12.00 hours.

The campsite has several types of accommodation with different equipment (for example, with or without shower). Consult.
A maximum of 4 people are included in the rate of accommodation. Each extra person carries the payment of an additional cost. Check with the Campsite the maximum capacity of the desired accommodation. The maximum capacity of each accommodation cannot be exceeded. There is an accommodation with a maximum capacity of 5 people and another accommodation with a maximum capacity of 6 people. These limits cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.
The maximum occupancy limit of 6 people per plot, including visits, cannot be exceeded.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.
Electricity is not included in the rate, so the client who wishes to have electricity supply in the accommodation must pay, prior to the start of the stay, a deposit of a minimum of € 3 for each day of stay contracted.
However, in short stays, the rate of the accommodation includes electricity at a rate of 4kw per day of stay contracted. Once consumed, the meter cuts off the electricity supply automatically, so the Customer must pay it having to make a minimum deposit of € 3 for each remaining day of stay.
If the Client wants to make sure he has enough electricity supply throughout his stay, he can deposit a higher amount per day, since € 3 / day is a minimum amount.
At the end of the stay (day of departure / check-out), the amount deposited in payment of the electricity supply that the Client has not consumed will be returned by the same method of payment in which the deposit was made. Please note that, in case of payment by card, the bank may take up to approximately 7 business days after check-out to make the return.
However, in case of non-payment of any other service, supply and / or supplement contracted or enjoyed by the Client, the amount deposited for electricity supply not consumed will not be returned to the Client, serving as payment to settle the outstanding debt in the amount it reaches, remaining the Client as debtor for what remains.

In the hiring of stay in accommodation, on arrival at the Campsite the client must pay as a deposit (deposit) the amount of € 150, which can be paid by credit card or cash. This amount will be returned upon departure, once the accommodation has been reviewed by the person in charge, after the deduction that, where appropriate, proceeds.
4. Payment of the reservation.
Fees are non-refundable, unless expressly provided otherwise
The client must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay when making the reservation as an advance of the same and the rest upon arrival at the Campsite.
When the total amount of the contracted stay does not exceed € 100, the client must pay 100% of the amount of the stay when booking.
When the contracted stay exceeds 2 months, the client must pay the amount of the stay corresponding to 31 days at the time of booking as an advance of the same and the rest upon arrival at the Campsite.
The client must wait for confirmation by email after making the reservation. The Campsite will send a confirmation email of the reservation to the client within approximately 24 hours from the request and payment of the advance.
The Campsite reserves the right to cancel the stay if deemed necessary, without the need for any justification, and return the amount that the client has advanced, without the right to compensation or compensation for the client.
The non-presentation of the client at the Campsite on the scheduled day of arrival will entail the automatic cancellation of the reservation, losing the client the amount paid as an advance.
5. Cancellation of reservations.
As a general rule, the rates are not refundable, so in case of cancellation of the reservation the amount paid by the client will not be refunded, unless in the specific case so established.
In the refundable rates, the cancellation of the reservation will be in accordance with the following:
- If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 90% of the amount of the reservation advance will be refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled more than 7 days in advance and up to 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the amount of the reservation advance will be refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled 7 days or less before arrival, the money is not refunded, losing the client the advance, which will be available to the company.
In no case will 100% of the amount paid by the client be refunded as an advance on the reservation.
Once the entry into the Campsite has been made, no amount of the total amount of the planned stay will be refunded, even if the client leaves before the scheduled day of departure.
To cancel a reservation, the client must send an email to the Campsite requesting the cancellation, indicating all their data and the payment method with which they made the reservation, so that the Campsite can make the return, if applicable.
6. Modification of reservations.
The modification of the reserved stay is not allowed, so, if the Client requests a change of dates of the reservation until the day before the scheduled day of arrival, it will be understood as a new reservation, charging the campsite in full the amount advanced by the Client in the reservation that you want to modify (original reservation).
The Client can contract the flexibility package of dates when making the reservation, with an additional cost. Conditions of the flexibility package:
- The flexibility package must be contracted at the time of booking and carries an additional charge to the price of the stay. It cannot be contracted separately from the reservation of the stay or at a later time.
- This package implies that the Client may modify the dates of his reservation on a single occasion and at most must request the change until 22.00 hours the day before the scheduled day of arrival.
- The new dates of the stay will be enjoyed in any case within a maximum period of one year from the expected day of arrival of the original reservation and will be subject to the availability of the Campsite.
- The amount of the flexibility package is not returned in any case, whether or not used by the Customer. It is also not returned in case of cancellation of the reservation.
- The flexibility package is exhausted with use, so it is not maintained for new stay dates.
- To make the change of dates the Client will send an email to the Campsite, identifying himself, indicating the change of dates of the stay with all the data of his reservation and by means of the same email used when making his reservation.
- The advance payment of the original reservation, discounting the price of the flexibility package, is maintained for the stay of the new dates (new reservation) being considered as advance payment of the new reservation. However, if the price (rates) of the stay of the new dates is higher than the price of the original reservation, the Client must pay in any case the difference to cover the advance based on the prices of those new dates (50% of the total price or the one that proceeds as established in point 4. Payment of the reservation). If the Client does not pay 50% (or the one that proceeds) as an advance of the price of the new reservation, said reservation will not be understood to have been made and the Client will lose the advance of the original reservation, the reservation being canceled. This amount must be paid within a maximum period of 24 hours after the request for change of dates.
- The Establishment can not guarantee in any case the dates requested by the Client, as it depends on the availability of the Campsite.
- The change of dates will not be understood to have been made without the express confirmation of the Campsite.
- In the event that the price of the new reservation is lower than the price of the original reservation, no amount will be refunded, and the Customer must pay the price corresponding to the original reservation in its entirety.
- Once the change of dates has been made, no amount will be refunded to the Client in case of cancellation of the reservation, even if it is a refundable rate.
7. Special Promotions

8. Access to the campsite and its facilities.
Access to the Campsite and its facilities by the Customer will be made by wristband / key fob / chip card (RFID).
This chip will be delivered to the Client at the beginning of the stay on the day of entry, so at that time the Client must pay the Campsite a deposit of € 5 for each chip per person. This deposit is broken down into € 2 as a deposit of the chip and € 3 as a balance for the Client to spend on the services or supplies of the campsite that admit the chip, such as Bar-Chiringuito, showers, laundry / sinks, etc., as set out in the following paragraphs.
This chip is personal and non-transferable.
In the event that the Client transfers and / or lends the chip to another person and / or makes a copy of it, the stay will be terminated and the Client will have to leave the establishment immediately, paying all outstanding debts, without the campsite having to return any amount.
Likewise, in case of transfer / provision of the chip to another person and / or copy thereof, the Client must pay the campsite a penalty in the amount of € 3,000.
At the end of the stay, on the day of departure, the Client must deliver the chip in perfect condition to the campsite.
At the discretion of the campsite, if the chip is in correct condition, the deposit of € 2 will be returned to the client. If the chip is not delivered on the day of departure for any reason, the Customer will lose the chip deposit.
The chip has a prepaid function, so that the Client can recharge it with money at the reception of the Camping, and use it / spend it in different services such as in the Bar-Chiringuito, for the use of washing machines, for additional shower time, etc.
At the end of the stay, on the day of departure, the unused prepaid money will be returned to the Client, as long as he delivers the chip to the campsite.
The Client is responsible for the use of the chip, as well as its loss, theft and / or misplacement, and assumes the charges in case of money spent both in these cases and for misuse of the chip, exempting the Campsite from any responsibility.
The Campsite is not responsible in case of loss, theft or misplacement of the chip or in case of money spent by mistake or misuse of it.
The maximum total time of use of any hot water supply (showers, washers/sinks, etc.)that is included in the rate is 5 minutes per day and person, not cumulative. You can buy more hot water time by recharging the prepaid chip of the bracelet / key fob / card at the reception of the Campsite.
In the contracting of the BeniGO package the maximum hot water time is 7 minutes per person per day, and in the contracting of the BeniMAX package the maximum hot water time is 10 minutes per person per day.
The use of hot water will be made through the chip provided to the customer (bracelet, card, key ring), so once the minutes included in the rate have been consumed, the Customer will be charged hot water at a rate of 15 euro cents per minute (€ 0.15 / min.) per person. The Customer must make sure to recharge the chip if he wishes to have more time of hot water or otherwise he will not be able to use it once the included minutes have been consumed.
The campsite has free Wi-Fi (BeniFree) with speeds up to 500 kb / s, included in the rate.
It also offers internet packages of up to 25 mb/s and up to 100 mb/s over Wifi for an additional cost.
The campsite has a parking area for vehicles for an additional cost.
Access to the pools is included in the rate, which must always be done respecting the hours of use established by the Campsite.
Access to the gym and sports courts is not included in the rate.
