1. General Provisions
Camping Benisol is equipped with facilities and services corresponding to the category of Four Stars (4 *).
Guests of the campsite must at all times comply with the provisions of Decree 10/2021 of January 22 of the Consell, which regulates tourist accommodation in the Valencian Community (or any regulation that may replace it in the future), as well as with all other applicable legislation. They are also obliged to comply with the Internal Regulations of Camping Benisol in Benidorm, and with any additional internal rules or guidelines established by the campsite management.
Rates are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The entry of minors not accompanied by their parents, legal guardians, or responsible adults expressly assuming responsibility is not permitted.
The contracted stay may under no circumstances exceed one year, distinguishing between short stays (less than 30 days) and long stays (30 days or more).
Booking a long stay requires the signing of a specific contract with the campsite upon arrival. For any questions, please contact the reception.
For stays exceeding 180 days, the guest must have a gas supply contract with a duly authorised company (and undergo the required inspections), and third-party liability insurance for the caravan. Please consult the campsite regarding the required type of insurance and applicable conditions.
In all cases, the full amount of the contracted stay must be paid on the day of arrival, prior to the enjoyment of the stay.
No amount will be refunded if the guest leaves before the planned departure date. The guest must pay the entire amount of the contracted stay, even if departing earlier.
Upon arrival, guests must complete the check-in procedure at reception, sign the required documentation and present valid official identification.
On the day of departure, the guest must leave the campsite with all belongings, leaving the pitch/accommodation in the same condition as at the time of occupation.
If the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the campsite will retain the full amount paid in advance, with no right to refund.
Reservations made through the website www.campingbenisol.com will not incur any additional fees. However, if the reservation is made by phone, social media, WhatsApp, email, at reception, or by any other means that is not the website’s booking engine, an extra charge of €5 will apply.
The ACSI rate can only be booked by telephone or email, not via the website. Please consult conditions.
For information on the entertainment and activity programmes offered by the campsite, please contact reception.
2. Conditions for Pitch Reservations
Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Late departure will result in the guest being charged an additional day at the current daily rate, plus a penalty of €50 per day for each day the pitch remains blocked, without this implying any extension of the stay.
Please consult reception regarding the possibility of modifying these times. Such modification will only be carried out upon the guest’s express request and with prior authorisation from the campsite, which is not obliged to provide this service.
Late check-out (after 12:00) will require prior payment of an additional fee.
If there is availability and the campsite agrees to a late check-out, it may in any case be extended up to 18:00, and the guest must pay 50% of the current daily rate. Any further delay will result in an additional full day charge plus a €50 penalty per blocked day, without any extension of the stay.
Late departure constitutes a breach of contract by the guest, which disrupts the proper functioning of the establishment.
The pitch rate includes: 2 people, 1 caravan/tent and 1 car (which must be parked within the booked pitch), or 2 people and 1 motorhome (without car). Each additional person must pay an extra daily fee per person.
The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people, including visitors. This limit cannot be exceeded.
The campsite has pitches of various sizes, ranging approximately between 60 m² and 100 m². Each pitch has a water connection, drain, and electricity point.
Electricity is not included in the rate.
Guests who wish to have electricity must pay in advance a deposit of at least €3 per contracted day of stay.
This €3/day corresponds to 6 kWh/day of electricity credit.
Once the pre-paid amount is consumed, the electricity meter automatically cuts off the supply. Guests who wish to ensure uninterrupted supply may deposit a higher daily amount, since €3/day is the minimum required.
At the end of the stay (check-out day), the unused portion of the electricity deposit will be refunded via the same payment method used for the deposit.
Please note that in the case of card payments, the bank may take up to seven business days to process the refund.
However, in the event of non-payment of any other service, supply, or supplement, the unused electricity deposit will be used to offset the outstanding balance, with the guest remaining liable for any remainder.
The guest is responsible for monitoring his/her own electricity consumption throughout the stay, as often as necessary, to ensure the meter does not cut the supply due to insufficient deposit.
Guests may check their consumption on app.campingbenisol.com, by logging in with the same email address used to make the reservation.
Guests must have a moisture-proof cable (10 A) and a plug with grounding.
Consumption must not exceed the maximum authorised power.
The maximum amperage for pitches is 10 A.
The admission of pets on pitches is subject to the campsite’s discretion and involves the payment of an additional fee.
Guests wishing to bring pets must consult the campsite in advance.
In all cases, pet admission requires the prior and express consent of the campsite and the payment of the corresponding supplement.
3. Conditions for Accommodation Reservations
Check-in is from 17:00 to 23:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must take place before 12:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-out will result in the guest being charged an additional day at the current rate, plus a €50 penalty per day that the accommodation remains occupied, without implying any extension of the stay.
Possible schedule modifications must be requested expressly and are subject to the campsite’s prior approval, which is not obliged to grant them.
If authorised, late check-out (after 12:00) will require advance payment of an additional fee.
If available, late check-out may be extended until 18:00, and the guest must pay 50% of the current daily rate.
Further delays will incur a full extra day plus a €50 penalty per blocked day, without extending the stay.
Late departure constitutes a breach of obligations by the guest, affecting the normal operation of the establishment.
The campsite offers various types of accommodation with different equipment (for example, with or without shower). Please enquire for details.
Accommodation rates include up to 4 people.
Each additional person entails an extra charge.
Guests must confirm the maximum capacity of their chosen accommodation with the campsite.
This maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.
One unit allows a maximum of 5 persons, another allows 6 persons, and these limits cannot be surpassed under any circumstances.
The overall limit of 6 persons per pitch, including visitors, also applies to accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.
Electricity is not included in the rate.
Guests who wish to have electricity must pay a minimum deposit of €3 per day before the start of the stay.
However, for short stays, the accommodation rate includes 4 kWh per day of electricity. Once consumed, the meter automatically cuts off the power supply, and the guest must pay a minimum deposit of €3 per remaining day to continue the supply.
Guests may deposit a higher daily amount if they wish to ensure adequate electricity throughout their stay, as €3/day is the minimum.
At check-out, unused electricity deposits will be refunded via the same payment method, noting that bank refunds may take up to seven business days.
If other services, supplies, or supplements remain unpaid, the unused electricity deposit will be applied to the outstanding balance, with any remainder still due by the guest.
The guest is responsible for checking electricity consumption during the stay to avoid supply cut-off.
Consumption can be monitored via app.campingbenisol.com using the same email address as in the reservation.
Consumption may never exceed the maximum permitted power.
The maximum amperage for accommodations is 15 A.
There is no periodic cleaning service included.
Guests must keep the accommodation clean and in good condition throughout their stay.
Towel changes take place every 4 days, and bed linen changes every 7 days.
Additional changes requested by guests cost €35 per service.
Upon arrival, guests must leave a deposit of €150, payable by card or cash, as a security deposit.
This amount will be refunded upon departure, after inspection of the accommodation, less any deductions for damage or unpaid amounts.
4. Payment of the Reservation
Rates are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The guest must pay 50% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking as a deposit, and the remaining balance upon arrival at the campsite.
If the total amount of the contracted stay does not exceed €100, the guest must pay 100% of the stay at the time of booking.
If the contracted stay exceeds two months, the guest must pay, at the time of booking, the amount corresponding to 31 days as a deposit, with the balance due upon arrival.
Under no circumstances will the amount of the reservation be refunded, neither in full nor in part, even if the reservation is cancelled.
The guest must wait for an email confirmation after completing the booking. The campsite will send a confirmation email within approximately 24 hours after the reservation request and payment of the deposit.
The campsite reserves the right to cancel the stay if deemed necessary, without justification, refunding any amounts already paid by the guest, without any right to compensation or indemnification.
Failure to appear at the campsite on the scheduled arrival day will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, and the guest will lose the amount paid as a deposit.
5. Cancellation of Reservations
As a general rule, rates are non-refundable. Therefore, in the event of cancellation, no refund of the amount paid by the guest will be made, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific rate.
For refundable rates, cancellation will follow these rules:
- If the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date, 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled between 7 and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If cancelled 7 days or less before arrival, no refund will be made; the deposit will be retained by the company.
Under no circumstances will 100% of the deposit paid by the guest be refunded.
Once check-in has been completed, no refunds will be made for early departures or unused nights.
To cancel a reservation, the guest must send an email to the campsite requesting cancellation, including all personal details and the payment method used for the reservation, so that the campsite may process the refund, if applicable.
If the guest does not arrive on the expected day, the reservation will be cancelled, and the campsite will retain the full advance payment, with no right to refund.
Check-in may be carried out until 23:00 on the arrival day. After this time, if the guest has not appeared, the reservation will be cancelled, and no payments already made will be refunded.
6. Modification of Reservations
Modifications to the reserved stay are not permitted.
If the guest requests a change of dates up to the day before the scheduled arrival, it will be considered a new reservation, and the deposit paid for the original booking will be fully retained by the campsite.
Guests may, however, purchase the Date Flexibility Package at the time of booking, for an additional fee.
Conditions of the Flexibility Package:
- The package must be purchased simultaneously with the reservation and entails an additional cost to the stay price.
It cannot be purchased separately or after the booking has been made. - The package allows the guest to change the reservation dates once, provided the request is made by 22:00 on the day before the scheduled arrival.
- The new stay dates must be used within one year from the original arrival date and are subject to availability.
- The package fee is non-refundable, whether used or not.
It will also not be refunded in the event of reservation cancellation. - Once used, the package expires and does not carry over to new dates.
- To request the date change, the guest must email the campsite, identifying themselves and providing all reservation details, using the same email address as in the original booking.
- The deposit from the original reservation (minus the flexibility package fee) will be carried forward to the new stay and considered as a deposit for the new reservation.
However, if the rate of the new dates is higher, the guest must pay the difference so that the deposit equals 50% of the new total (or the applicable amount as per section 4).
Failure to pay the additional amount within 24 hours of the date-change request will result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the original deposit. - The campsite cannot guarantee the requested new dates, as they depend on availability.
- The date change will only be considered effective once expressly confirmed by the campsite.
- If the new reservation has a lower price, no refund will be issued; the guest must still pay the original amount in full.
- Once the date change has been made, no refund will be provided even if the new reservation is cancelled, including for refundable rates.
7. Special Promotions
The campsite offers special promotions for guests booking one-year stays that are not available online.

8. Access to the Campsite and Its Facilities. Vehicle Parking. Technical Information on Electricity.
Check-in may be carried out until 23:00 on the day of arrival.
After this time, if the guest has not appeared, the reservation will be cancelled in accordance with section 5 (Cancellation of Reservations), and no refund will be issued.
Access to the campsite and its facilities is granted via a wristband/key fob/card with a chip (RFID).
Upon arrival, the guest must pay a deposit of €5 per chip per person.
This amount consists of €2 as a security deposit and €3 as prepaid credit to be used in campsite services such as the Bar-Chiringuito, showers, sinks/wash areas, etc.
This chip is personal and non-transferable.
If a guest transfers, lends, or copies the chip, the stay will be terminated immediately, the guest will have to leave the premises, and no refund will be issued.
In addition, a penalty of €3,000 will apply.
Upon departure, the guest must return the chip in perfect condition.
If the chip is returned correctly, the €2 deposit will be refunded.
If the chip is not returned for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited.
The chip functions as a prepaid card, which can be recharged at reception and used to pay for services such as the bar, laundry machines, extra shower time, etc.
At check-out, unused prepaid credit will be refunded upon return of the chip.
The guest is responsible for the use, loss, theft, or damage of the chip and for any charges incurred, releasing the campsite from all liability.
The campsite is not responsible in cases of loss, theft, or misuse of the chip or for funds wrongly spent.
The maximum daily allowance of hot water (showers, sinks, etc.) included in the rate is 5 minutes per person per day, non-cumulative.
Additional hot water can be purchased by recharging the chip.
In the BeniGO package, the maximum is 7 minutes per person per day;
in the BeniMAX package, 10 minutes per person per day.
Once the included time is consumed, hot water will be charged at €0.15 per minute per person.
Guests must ensure sufficient credit on their chip to continue usage.
Free Wi-Fi (BeniFree) is included in the rate, with speeds up to 500 kb/s.
Paid internet packages up to 25 Mb/s and 100 Mb/s are also available.
The campsite uses three-pole CEE sockets only. Guests must bring their own adapters and extension cables, especially when the power point may be up to 50 metres away. It is recommended that cables brought by guests be up to 50 metres long.

Each pitch rate includes one vehicle, which must be fully parked within the booked pitch, keeping 30 cm clearance from hedges and paths.
Additional parking areas are available for a fee.
All parking spaces within the campsite are paid; a valid ticket must be purchased at reception before parking, and placed visibly on the dashboard.
Parking without a valid ticket or beyond paid time incurs a €20 per day penalty.
Vehicles may only be parked in the booked pitch or parking space.
It is forbidden to park on roads, empty pitches, or other parking spaces.
Vehicles must remain fully within boundaries, leaving 30 cm clearance from roads and hedges.
Any parking violation (occupying roads, other pitches, or not respecting 30 cm clearance) results in a €20 per day penalty.
Access to the swimming pools is included in the rate and must respect the established opening hours.
Access to the gym and sports courts is not included in the rate.
See Internal Regulations.

The admission of pets is subject to the campsite’s discretion and involves payment of the corresponding additional fee.
Admission of a specific animal must be authorised by management.
If admitted, the owner must comply with all specific rules established by the campsite, particularly those concerning potentially dangerous breeds.
Owners are responsible for holding all required permits and insurance, as well as liable for any damage caused by their animals to the campsite or other guests.
To bring pets onto the campsite, it is mandatory that the animal has a valid European Pet Passport and current Civil Liability Insurance.
Both documents must be presented upon request and must be kept during the entire stay.
Nevertheless, the campsite reserves the right to refuse pets, even if such documentation is provided.
For any questions regarding pet admission, guests should consult the campsite and refer to the Internal Camping Rules.
